Accepts & reviews construction plan submissions, investigates and recommends reasonable architectural variances including setbacks, and presents final plans to the Board for approval.Plans, elevations, specifications, and plot plans in accordance with the Association’s Governing Documents, describing the proposed Construction, must be submitted to the Architectural Committee by personal delivery or certified mail.Approval by the Architectural Committee and Board does not absolve Members of the responsibility of obtaining any necessary governmental approvals or permits. Plans and specifications for permanent dwellings must comply with all Uniform Building Codes and current Calaveras County Codes. In addition, any manufactured home must also meet current HUD standards. Members must ensure compliance with applicable Building, Safety and Fire codes, ordinances, and specifications.Any construction, repair, modification, or alteration of any Improvement requiring the issuance of a building permit must be submitted by the Member to the appropriate governmental entity for review and approval.Refer to Article 5 of the CC&Rs for more information.Completed Architectural Modification Applications may be sent to the Architectural Committee for review at: [email protected] with a copy to the Board at: [email protected].Budget Committee

Reviews Annual Budget and Reserve Study to present to the Board for Approval each year.
Firewise Committee

Investigates and proposes to the Board any necessary tree trimming, brush removal, or other maintenance within the HOA that would otherwise constitute a fire hazard, including on private property. Makes suggestions to the Board to improve fire safety within the HOA, and periodically provides information to Lot Owners (via this web portal) to improve their knowledge in fire prevention and preventing fire hazards.Completed forms may be submitted to: [email protected]Governing Document Review Committee

Reviews Governing Documents and Rules & Regulations and makes recommendations to the Board for any potential changes or revisions.Road Committee

Investigates needed maintenance, repairs and/or replacement of all common area roadways. Proposes to the Board recommended road repairs including pothole repairs, shoulder repairs, culvert and/or drainage ditch repairs to prevent erosion, tree removals on HOA property and those on private property that may impact the Association roadways. Schedules new paving in accordance with the approved 2020 Road Plan Resolution.
Social Committee

Focuses on helping new and existing Lot Owners connect with each other socially by planning neighborhood events and activities for those who wish to participate.

Weekender Committee

Reviewing information regarding the prospect of members staying at their property on the weekends to clean their undeveloped lot.
