Assessment Collection Policy

Dues notices are mailed to Association members within 60 days before the start of the fiscal year, July 1. Click here to go to the Restated Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, & Restrictions. Refer to Article 10, Section 10.2.c for due dates and Article 11, Sections 11.2.a through 11.2.d for late fees and collection practices. Any procedures the Association may use for the collection of delinquent assessments must conform with the procedures detailed in Davis-Stirling Section 5705(a). The procedures mentioned in this section include "meet and confer" with a board member, request for mediation, recording of a lien on a property, and foreclosure.
