Welcome Packet for New Members

Dear Member,

Welcome to El Rancho Loma Serena Homeowners Association (ERLS HOA)! We hope you are enjoying your new property and that you find ERLS HOA to be a wonderful community to live in. ERLS HOA was founded in 1969 and is a 148-lot nonprofit residential planned development in the heart of Calaveras County. We have several common properties throughout our community, one being our Ranch House located at 8321 Old Emigrant Trail West in Mountain Ranch. We hold our Quarterly and Annual Board Meetings here.

ERLS HOA holds four scheduled Board Meetings a year, one each quarter starting in January, and one Annual meeting, which is held in September. The meetings are open to all members and your participation is encouraged. The meetings are a great way to stay informed about what is happening in the community.

We are looking forward to meeting you at our next Annual Membership Meeting, which will be held the second Saturday in September at 1pm. A member gathering/BBQ picnic will take place around 11:30am. This will give you an opportunity to meet other members of our community, as well as the new Board members and the existing Board members. BBQ will be provided by the association and members may bring a side dish or dessert to share.
